News release from the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office
Valdosta - Sheriff Prine has released the following statement regarding the arrest of four individuals in Lowndes County for drug offenses.
On December 1, 2009, acting on a citizen complaint, investigators from the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 108 West Force Street in the City of Valdosta.
This search led to the discovery and seizure of a quantity of marijuana and items used in the distribution of narcotics.
The occupants of the apartment were all arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, both of which are felonies, and a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.
These persons were transported to the Lowndes County Jail and booked on the listed charges. They have since been arraigned by a Magistrate Judge where a bond was set. They have since posted the set bond and been released.

O'Garro, David 18 years old
Peavey, Joseph 19 years old
Benyard, Christopher 19 years old

David O'Garro
