ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Dollar Square owner Tim Washington has accepted a plea deal, and admits to making a false report and theft by conversion in connection with ADICA money that was controlled by former downtown manager Don Buie.

Buie's former girlfriend, Nicole Brown, also pled guilty to theft by taking and conspiracy to defraud charges.

Their sentences will be set after they testify in the trial of Don Buie, which has not been set, but will be held in Albany.

Don Buie's wife, Shanon Buie, is also charged in the case. She's not yet been booked here in Dougherty County.
