ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Men often network on the golf course, or while hunting or fishing. Wednesday, the women got a chance to do some networking of their own.

Darton College held a professional women's forum at Doublegate Country Club. The women heard from inspirational speaker Mavis Lark Moore, known as the Bucket Lady. She helps others look at life in a positive manner while appreciating the journey toward reaching their goals.

Beth Nielson-Smith said, "It's an opportunity for women to come together and network and learn from personal experience and gain personal and professional development." Darton College puts on the professional women's forum twice a year.
