Bad night for Lady Rams and Lady Blazers

MORROW, GA (WALB) - The Albany State Lady Rams search for their first win continues.

The Lady Rams lost their third straight game to start the season 88-51 at Clayton State Wednesday night.

Nafeesha Frost led the Lady Rams with 15 points.

Tanisha Woodard led the Lady Lakers with 23 points.

The Lady Rams and Rams open SIAC play Saturday at Miles College.

The Valdosta State Lady Blazers fall for a second straight night.

Tampa hits 11 three-point baskets to sink the visiting VSU women 73-67.

The loss drops the Lady Blazers to 2-3.

Michelle Thompson led the Valdosta State women with 19 points.

The VSU women will look to snap their winning streak Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in Americus against Georgia Southwestern.
