VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) –Valdosta police on Wednesday arrested a second suspect in that mass shooting earlier this month.

20-year old Jerrod Brandon is charged with aggravated assault, making false statements, and possession of a firearm. 

Investigators say he was one of three people who fired shots at Hudson Dockett Apartments November 15. 

Ten people were wounded, and 19-year old Sidney Bivens, Junior was killed. 

24-year old Bernard Sanders is charged with murdering him. 

Police are still looking for another suspect, 39-year old Trumain Small.
