ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  So you're not cooking? A lot of people are splurging on take-out Thanksgiving meals, especially the meat.

It's sure keeping one Albany restaurant busy. More than 50 whole turkeys turned on the rotisserie at Riverfront Bar-B-Q. Employees were in at 4:00 this morning to fill the orders for more than 60 boneless turkey breasts, 75 Boston Butts, and 30 hams. Business has been so good all year owner Dale Saunders is gearing up to open a mobile restaurant in northwest Albany.

"We've just outgrown where we are now and it does surprise me a little bit that we're as busy as we are with the recession, but thank the lord we just haven't seen it yet," said Dale Saunders, RiverFront Bar-B-Q.

Saunders hopes to set up the mobile kitchen in the next two weeks in the Old Office Max parking lot on Westover Boulevard.
