ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Santa's Here! On Friday the jolly old elf left the reindeer at the North Pole and rolled into the Albany Mall on a train.

Hundreds of good little girls and boys got to do arts and crafts as they waited for his arrival.

Santa not only put smiles on their faces, but helped light Albany Mall's big Christmas tree to signify the start of the holiday season.

"It's not the first time this would be our third year, this is Gavin he loves to see Santa for the first time of the season," said Erin McDonald, Mother.

Santa Claus will be at the Albany mall in the JC Penny wing every day through Christmas Eve, except on December 5th when he'll attend the Albany Christmas Parade.
