ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  Valdosta Police are on the lookout for 39-year-old Trumain Small in connection with the Sunday night shooting that left 19-year-old Sydney Bivens, Jr. dead.

Small is considered armed and dangerous. His street name is ‘Pep.'

VPD plans to charge Small with Aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Additional charges may be filed.

Ten others were wounded in the shoot-out. Bernard Sanders, 24, has already been arrested in this case.
