    Ravi Mikel Givens was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He is being held in the Dougherty County jail. Givens, who played ball at Westover and Stetson
    Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.

Douglas - Deputies from the Coffee County Sheriff's Office removed a large amount of cocaine from the streets of Coffee County on Thursday.

According to Sheriff Jerry Pope, deputies seized 2 kilograms(4.4 lbs) of cocaine from 3090 Sinkhole Road.

25 year old Jose Rios of 135 Spring Breeze Road was arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine.

According to Sheriff Pope, if the cocaine made it to the streets of Coffee County and was broken down and distributed in smaller amounts it had an estimated value of approximately $90,000.00.
