ALBANY, GA (WALB) – A pickup truck sliced off part of a car in a collision in Lee County. Amazingly, no one was seriously hurt.

A mangled mess of metal and tire, is actually the back end of a car. Troopers say 23-year old Christopher Brian Taylor, who was driving this Ford F-150, ran a stop sign at Graves Springs Road and Forrester Parkway.

He slammed into a Honda Accord on Forrester. Surprisingly, he and the teenaged driver of the car had only scrapes and bruises.

Chief Deputy Lewis Harris said, "With the car being torn in half and the people that were inside walking around and having minor injuries is a real blessing. They should be real thankful."

Taylor is charged with failure to stop. 16-year old Haleem Rasheed William was driving the Honda. He's charged with driving without a license.
