Water, Gas, and Light commissioner Henry Stern is leaving that body, since the bylaws of the board require members to live inside the area that the utility serves.
Stern now has a new home outside the city, so he resigned his post.
The City Commission has selected a replacement for Stern, and will make the announcement at a meeting tonight.
