ALBANY, GA (WALB) –
The trial of an Albany businessman accused of defrauding Alltel out of nearly a half million dollars is expected to continue Tuesday after a delay.

It was stopped Thursday because of a death in the family of Judge Willie Lockette.

Christopher Weaver is charged with nearly 40 counts of theft.

Testimony finished last week.

Tomorrow the jury will hear closing arguments and begin deliberations.
