ALBANY, GA - (WALB) An Albany man is dead after a shooting in front of an apartment building in the 400 block of Alice Avenue. The victim was identified as Bobby Lee Clay-Minor.

APD's Phyllis Banks Whitley said: "Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of 53-year old Bobby Lee Clay-Minor outside lying near apartment number two. The initial investigation revealed that Mr. Clay had been fatally shot."

Police got the call just before 10 o'clock Sunday night. They say shots were fired but right now they're not sure where they came from.

Bobby Lee Clay-Minor was outside at the time of the shooting and died at the scene but police say he did not live at the apartment.

Neighbors say this isn't the first shooting in the neighborhood and they're worried.
