ALBANY-Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Albany.
A 54-year-old man is dead after a shooting in front of an apartment building in the 400 block of Alice Avenue.
Police got the call just before 10 o'clock Sunday night.
They say shots were fired but right now they're not sure where they came from.
The initial call came in to police as a drive-by shooting but police have not confirmed this as the case.
The victim was outside at the time of the shooting and died at the scene but police say he did not live at the apartment.
Neighbors say this isn't the first shooting in the neighborhood and they're worried.
