FRANKFORT, KY (WALB) - The Albany State Lady Rams volleyball team is one win away from a ninth straight SIAC title.
Lady Rams knocked off the top seed in the west Kentucky State 3-0 on the Lady Throbreds home court.
Lady Rams win 25-20, 25-23 and 25-18 to advance to Friday's championship match.
Kentucky State beat the Lady Rams at the SIAC crossover tournament in September played at the HPER gym.
Despite their dominance the Lady Rams were once again shut out on the All-SIAC first team.
Bonnie Salary, Latrice Lewis, Carolina Ribero and Pricilla Sena were named to the second team.
