ALBANY,  GA (WALB) –  A Thomas County pharmacist and two other people are charged with drug trafficking.

Pharmacist James Murphy is accused of trafficking in hydrocodone.

Investigators say Murphy sold the powerful painkiller to Myrtie Luna and Arnolfo Capistran, even though they didn't have prescriptions. They're all three in jail.

The GBI and Thomas county narcotics agents raided the Boston Pharmacy Friday night. The store is closed indefinitely.
