ALBANY, GA (WALB) –Jury selection continued late Tuesday afternoon in the trial of an Albany man charged in several home invasions.   35 year old Kelvin Sloan

is charged with 19 counts of armed robbery, aggravated assault, sexual battery, and false imprisonment.

Police say Sloan took part in two home invasions last summer on Regina Road and Mitchell Avenue, where masked armed men broke in, pistol whipped and bound the homeowners with duct tape and robbed them.

The trial is expected to take the rest of the week.
