ALBANY, GA (WALB) –

Albany Police still haven't said how an East Albany woman was murdered.

The body of 45 year old Yolanda Roundtree was found in her Sands Drive apartment Friday evening.

Her car was spotted Friday morning in a parking space on MLK Jr. Drive.

A woman called it in to Albany Police because it was parked in her space. But police checked it and didn't think it was suspicious.

Roundtree, the owner of the car, was found murdered in her apartment several hours later.  Police then issued a lookout for her car, which they had already checked out.

The woman who first called it in then called to remind them where it was parked.

Police haven't arrested anyone in the murder.
