BAINBRIDGE,  GA (WALB) - Bainbridge police say a disgruntled ex-employee broke into a Beef O'Brady's Wednesday morning and stole thousands of dollars.

30-year-old Hugh Scott McStay was fired from the Beef O'Brady's several weeks ago accused of stealing.

Police say McStay was caught on surveillance video breaking in around two o'clock Wednesday morning. They say he used a hammer to shatter the front door window, went to the manager's office, and left with a bag full of money.

Police arrested McStay at his home four hours later.
