Albany- Downtown Albany's Harvest Moon is a restaurant and a bar that often hosts bands.
The owner, Jim Whitaker, says with all the codes businesses like his have to follow, he doesn't understand how incidents like the one in Rhode Island could happen.
Whitaker also says the signs above his three exits remain lit at all times and are connected to backup power in case the restaurant loses electricity.
