ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Provisional ballots could decide a south Georgia mayoral race.  In Arlington, Mayor Jerome Brackins, Senior and challenger Marvin King both got 256 votes Tuesday. Election officials will examine three provisional ballots Wednesday. Depending on whether those votes end up counting, the race could be decided then. If the race remains tied after the provisionals are counted, there will be a runoff on December 1.
