ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Three Albany State football players have been recognized by the SIAC for their play in the Golden Rams 30-12 win over Morehouse.
Quarterback A.J. McKenna is the offensive player of the week.
McKenna threw for over 270 yards and a touchdown in the Rams win over Morehouse.
Jacob Hardwick is the defensive player of the week after he had nine tackles and three quarterback sacks.
Michael Mavromichalis is the SIAC offensive lineman of the week.
Albany State also remains third in the NCAA Division II Super Regional Two poll.
The final poll that determines playoff berths will be released Sunday.
