ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Tuesday afternoon, a Clayton County judge granted bond for a Poulan man accused of attacking an Army Reservist outside a Cracker Barrel.

47-year old Troy Dale West is charged with battery, disorderly conduct, and cruelty to a child.

His bond is $320,500.  If he posts it, he must wear an ankle monitor, and he can't return to Clayton County except for court. He can't even drive through on I-75.

Police say West attacked Tasha Hill September 9th after she told him to be careful after he nearly hit her little girl while opening the restaurant's door.
