Lady Rams going pink for Alabama A&M

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany State volleyball team planning a big night for tomorrow's match with Alabama A&M.

The Lady Rams are thinking pink in one-thousand fans night.

The Albany State asking their fans to join them in wearing pink.

The Lady Rams will be wearing pink shirts, socks and shoe strings all to help promote breast cancer awareness.

Coach Robert Skinner and the Lady Rams are joining other men's and women's professional and college teams all uniting in the fight to find a cure for breast cancer.

Robert Skinner said. "All of us in one shape, form or fashion have heard about it or been touched by it in one phase of our life or another. We hope the fact we are making an awareness of it that people will come out and support it."

The Lady Rams match against Alabama A&M starts at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the HPER Gym.

Albany State hosts Valdosta State at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
