RiverQuarium/Thronateeska puts on Halloween event

News release from Flint RiverQuarium & Thronateeska Heritage Center-

Bring your little ghosts and goblins downtown for lots of spooky fun Friday, October 30, from 5-8 pm as the Flint RiverQuarium and Thronateeska Heritage Center team up to present Trick and Treats. You'll get twice the fun at just one price because an armband purchase at either location grants you entrance to all of the festivities, including the events below, as well as a candy path of treat tables along the riverfront trail Admission for all ages is $4 with costume or $6 without costume.

Don't miss the fortune teller on the Candy trail at the Albany Allergy Clinic table

The Flint RiverQuarium is southwest Georgia's premier aquarium, featuring more than 1,000 animals that call the Flint River watershed home.  The Flint RiverQuarium is located at 101 Pine Avenue in downtown Albany, Georgia. Regular operating hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday 1 p.m.-5 p.m.

 

Thronateeska Heritage Center inspires wonder and stimulates exploration of science and South Georgia's history by providing a dynamic learning experience through an interactive science center, museum and state-of-the-art high definition planetarium. Thronateeska is located at 100 West Roosevelt Avenue in downtown Albany. Regular operating hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday-Saturday.
