ASHBURN -- An Ashburn police captain accused of lying under oath has resigned.  Lane Stuckey was arrested for perjury in early December. He was accused of lying during testimony in a case where an Ashburn man threatened the lives of police officers. His resignation is possibly the result of a plea bargain with the DA's office. Stuckey had been on administrative leave since his arrest.
