ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Construction companies and civic groups are building playhouses to raise money for the Lily Pad abuse and sexual assault center.

Pellicano Construction company delivered a highly-detailed playhouse for display at Largo Plaza.

It's wired for electricity,  carpeted, and even features plantation shutters. It's one of eight that will be auctioned.

Pellicano Construction's Emily Allen said, "They provide invaluable care, comfort and help to so many people during what may be one of the hardest times of their so we just felt really honored and privileged to be able to do this."

One house built by Jack Daniel Garrett will also be auctioned November 5th at Doublegate. Both are estimated to be worth around five thousand dollars.

You can call the Lily Pad at 229-435-0074 for tickets.
