Shanon Levette Buie (Source: Cumberland County, NC Sheriff's Office)ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Shanon Levette Buie, wanted in connection with an investigation of ADICA funds while her husband Don was manager, has surrendered to authorities in Cumberland County North Carolina.
She will have an extradition hearing Friday at 1:30PM.
33-year-old Shanon Buie is charged with theft by taking, theft by receiving, and conspiracy to defraud, for cashing at least five ADICA checks written by Don Buie, worth at least two thousand dollars.
Don Buie is still being held without bond in the Dougherty County jail.
