ALBANY,  GA (WALB) -  Deputies say a car and a tractor trailer rig just collided and at least one person is dead at Highways 133 and 112 in Southwestern Worth County.

The wreck snarled traffic for quite a while Tuesday afternoon.

While the identity of the dead person is not being published at this time, we know the identity of the semi-truck driver who was charged.

He is 61-year-old William Fishbaugh of Greenwich, Ohio. Fishbach was charged with first degree vehicular homicide, reckless driving, and running a stop sign.
