CLINCH COUNTY, GA (WALB) - One south Georgia Hospital ranks high amoung its patients.

Clinch Memorial Hospital is rated number three in Georgia according to a patient satisfaction survey conducted by Medicare last year. Patient satisfaction is measured by a survey called the Hospital Care Quality Information from the Consumer Perspective.

"80 percent of the patients who were treated at our facility gave us either a nine or 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 so it's quite an honor to receive this recognition," said Phillip Cook, Clinch Memorial Hospital Administrator.

Clinch Memorial was just behind Hughston Hospital in Columbus and Union General Hospital in Blairsville, respectively. To find out more on the survey, click here.
