ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police are searching for three suspects who beat a man in his front yard and then stole his car
It happened in the 2800 block of North Doublegate around 2:30 Monday morning. The victim told police he was in his front yard when two unidentified black men hit him over the head with an unknown object and then stole his Ford Mustang.
The victim got in another car and chased the suspects who were able to abandon the stolen Mustang on the shoulder of the road and jump into a getaway car dirven by a third suspect.
The car was last seen driving along North Doublegate towards Lee County.
So far, investigators only have vague description of the suspects and the getaway car.
