ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police are on the lookout for a robber who got away with cash from an Albany fast-food restaurant Sunday night.
Yellow tape still blocked the entrance to Arby's on North Slappey after 10 p.m. Sunday.
Police were called to the restaurant a little after 9. Employees told them a man with a red bandanna covering his face entered the store, demanded money from an employee and ran.
They say he never showed a weapon but gestured as if he had one in his pocket. The suspect is black, between 5'9" and 5'10" and was wearing a red hat, a green army-type hooded jacket and blue jeans.
Police are reviewing surveillance tape from the robbery. If you have information that can help police, call Crime Stoppers at 229-436-TIPS.
