Brown, who was arrested this week after she was named in a 17-count indictment along with Buie, his wife Shanon and Tim Washington.

When asked by Magistrate Judge Victoria Darrisaw if she had any questions, Brown replied, "Can I make sure that if someone comes by my house that I'm not being harassed or anything?"

Judge Darrisaw: Harassed by whom?

Brown: By him, his family and friends.

Judge Darrisaw: You're saying whose friends and family

Brown: Mr. Buie

Judge Darisaw: Well he would have the same conditions as you once he's been arrested. But I can't uphold the condition until he's arrested.

Judge Darrisaw advised Brown if a problem was to arise she shoudl contact law enforcement.

Bond was set at $15,000 with the condition she sign a 4th Amendment waiver.

She posted the bond and was released.
