ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Another member of the Black Gangsta Disciples has been bound over to a grand jury on murder charges in a gang initiation beat down.
Gregory Marshall appeared before a judge this morning.
32-year-old Reginald Richardson, a former prison guard, was beaten to death during a gang initiation into the Black Gangsta Diciples on June 23rd.
Prosecutors insist those suspects need to stay in jail.
