LOWNDES COUNTY, GA (WALB) - One person is dead following a fiery tractor trailer crash in Lowndes County.
State troopers say the crash happened around 12:22 a.m. near mile marker 6 in the southbound lane of Interstate 75.
Southbound lanes remained shutdown while investigators continue to look into what caused the fatal wreck. Traffic is being detoured.
