Albany-- Want to buy a TV station?
There is one for sale.
Employees at FOX 31 were informed Wednesday afternoon their owners, Waitt Media, are looking to sell the station.
WFXL recently moved into a new building on Stuart Avenue, which could make it more profitable in the future. Waitt purchased the station four years ago for $15 million.
The Omaha Nebraska company owns Fox affiliates in Dothan and Panama city as well as two TV stations in Iowa.
Waitt Media CEO, Norman Waitt, Sr., is also a co-founder of the Gateway Computer empire.
