Thomasville Police are looking for two men who attempted to rob a store, scaring customers and clerks.
Thomasville - A South Georgia man is suing for wrongful death after his mother died at an assisted living home.
The case is being heard by a jury at the Federal Courthouse in Thomasville. The plaintiff, John Gainous, claims his mother, Grace Harrison Gainous, died in April 2000 due to neglect at the Plantation Manor in Thomasville. Gainous lived there for two weeks, during that time she fell and later died.
Her son claims the home, when it was operated by Diversicare, failed to take care of her special needs.
