February 11, 2003

Thomas County - Three men are found stealing chemicals from a South Georgia plant to make methamphetimine.

Twenty-two-year-old Anthony Booth Bateman of Waycross and 18-year-old Dustin Perry Stoker of Homerville were arrested by Thomas County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday. They were caught stealing Anhydrous Ammonia from a plant in Ochlocknee.

Agents have caught people at that same plant from surrounding states and as far as Kentucky.
