ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A man was shot just minutes after midnight after an argument.

18-year old Antonio Seay was arguing with a man outside this apartment in the 2600 block of South Jackson street.

According to witnesses Seay called the man a name, and he got angry and later shot Seay in the stomach.

We just checked and he is in fair condition at the hospital. So far the accused shooter has not been arrested.
