Jolivette indictment released

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  Albany Fire Lieutenant Roderick Jolivette claimed to be a police officer in Dougherty County when he was stopped for driving 85 MPH through Chattahoochee County in August.

A sheriff's deputy released him, and then filed impersonation charges upon discovering that Jolivette was not a cop.

A Chattahoochee County grand jury returned an indictment Monday.
