ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police and gang task force crews continue their investigation into an out of control crowd at the Albany Civic Center over the weekend.

Police say 20-year-old Allyson Brannon from Savannah was arrested and charged for obstruction of an officer after she injured a gang unit investigator. The investigator received an abrasion on her elbow.

Police said anywhere between 1,500 and 2,000 people were waiting in line outside the civic center to get into a concert when some people became unruly.

That's when police were called to the scene around 1:00 Sunday morning to control the crows. Brannon remains in the Dougherty County Jail.
