ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Two Albany Police Officers and a Dougherty County jailer have been disciplined for improper conduct at a bar in August.

Their discipline follows an August 15th birthday party at Charlie B's nightclub, at which one officer exposed himself to embarrass and ridicule another officer, who had fallen to the floor.

The other officers are in trouble for their conduct during that incident.

Albany Police Corporal Daniel Ball was suspended for five days without pay; Albany Police Officer Rodney Brown received a written reprimand. Dougherty County Jailer Julian Martin was suspended without pay three days, and returned to work Monday.

Corporal Ball has been on suspension with pay since August 20th. He was assigned to the Albany Dougherty Drug Unit, but has been reassigned to APD's uniform division.

The officers were off-duty at the time of the incident.
