Albany- Congressman Sanford Bishop says only two budget initiatives have passed in the last session and both were defense related.

Though he agrees America must and should defend itself against Iraq, he's worried about the hole it may leave in the budget after President Bush's 674 billion dollars in tax cuts are taken out.

Bishop says he's concerned that there will be no resources left for programs like the No Child Left Behind Act, prescription drug programs for seniors, and drought relief for farmers.
