CUTHBERT,  GA (WALB) - The fired Randolph County School Superintendent is still showing up for work. Now, the school board's attorney has asked a judge to remove Bobby Jenkins from office.

Three weeks ago, the school board voted to fire Jenkins, but he's ignoring their decision and continues to show up for work.

So now a judge in Miller County will preside over a hearing next week on a petition to remove Jenkins from his job.

The hearing will be held next Wednesday at 9 am in Colquitt.
