BROOKS COUNTY, GA (WALB) - A Brooks County Dairy Worker's accused killer could be behind bars in Georgia as early as next week.

24-year old Derrick Styles was arrested yesterday for the murder of 62-year old Alberto Lemus. Styles was picked up in Kileen, Texas around noon.

He's now awaiting extradition to Georgia.

"It's a great relief to get them all behind bars to where we can prosecute them and give relief to the family members of this case," said Lt. Keith Anderson, Brooks County Sheriff's Office.

Derrick Styles' 26-year old brother Michael, 29-year old Cornell Stevens, 24-year old Lamar Jones and 25-year old Essie Hollis were already in jail for the crime.

The case is still under investigation and the sheriff's office hasn't ruled out the possibility of additional charges.
