ADICA wants Dollar Square out

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Dougherty Inner City Authority is demanding that Dollar Square, a store in Downtown Albany, vacate the building immediately.

The Authority, in a letter delivered today, also demanded the owner, Tim Washington repay the $40,000 facade grant he got from ADICA.

The letter also points out that Washington has failed to pay rent.
