Circus Comes to Town!

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The World's Largest Circus Under the Big Top has arrived in Albany for two nights of fun, excitement, and edge-of-your-seat entertainment.

Cole Bros. Circus of the Stars is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year and once again will feature a lineup that is fun for all ages.

This year hundreds of spectators will be treated to The Troprasta Troupe. The Columbian daredevils will amuse the crowd from far above the ground where they will create a 7-man pyramid on the high wire.

Other exciting acts include the human cannonball and The Globe of Death.  And, of course, the show would not be complete without acrobats, elephants, camels and clowns. The audience will get up close and personal with the entertainers who are sure to provide a number of tricks as well as comic relief.

Show times are 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. The event will again be held behind the Albany Mall. Tickets are $17.00  - $22.00 for dollars for adults and up to $12.00 dollars for children.
