LOS ANGELES, CA (WALB) - On September 11th Leesburg's Buster Posey made his major league debut with the SanFransico Giants.

The former Lee County Trojan hadn't played since until Saturday.

In the 9th inning against Los Angeles Posey knocked a base hit into right field off Jeff Weaver for his first career hit in the big leagues.

The Dodgers beat the Giants 12 to 1. Posey is 1 for 3 at the plate this season.
