The Albany State Lady Rams Volleyball team beat Lane College 3-0 with scores of 25-12, 25-8 & 25-6.
Following that the Lady Rams defeated LeMoyne-Owen 3-0 with line scores of 25-13, 25-11 & 25-12.
ASU improves to 4-4 overall and 4-0 in conference.
In the two matches, sophomore outside hitters Sabrina Garcia recorded 23 kills and 3 digs,
while Latrice Lewis added 12 kills, four digs and a solo block. Setter Priscila Sena recorded
56 assists and three service aces. Middle hitter Tiffany Butler added 10 kills and three digs.
The Lady Rams will play Tuskegee University today at 10 a.m. and Miles College at 2 p.m. The Lady Rams will close Friday action against Stillman College at 6 p.m.
