The Lady Rams will learn what it takes to continue their streak of conference titles at the SIAC crossover tournament.
Albany State is hosting the second annual crossover tournament.
The crossover tournament brings eastern and western division teams to one location for matches against each other since distance and travel costs make it difficult to play regular season matches.
The Lady Rams are anxious to get a look at everyone in the SIAC west especially a Kentucky State squad Saturday morning that has always challenged Albany State for the conference title.
Head coach Robert Skinner said back in August this year's team was going to have to step up to continue the Lady Rams streak of conference titles.
Robert Skinner said. "This will give us an opportunity to judge where we are against conference schools but also gives us opportunity to look at the individual talent on each team."Lady Rams open the SIAC crossover Thursday at 12:00p.m. against Lane.
They will play matches on Friday and Saturday at the HPER gym and face Benedict at 3:00 p.m. Saturday in a conference match.
